BOB GENE BOWEN, 73, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 10:40 pm on Thursday February 28, 2013, at Memorial Hospital in Chester, Illinois. He was born to the late James Earl and Thelma (nee: Nash) Bowen on February 20, 1940 in Eminence, MO. He married Joleen Szabelski on July 25, 1959 in Chester, Illinois. She survives. Bob was retired from ConAgra Mill.
