Monty Dale Richards, 52, of Waterloo, Illinois, formerly of Evansville, IL, passed away at 4:30 pm, Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis, MO. He was born to Eschol E. "Monty" and Carol Kay (nee: Hasemeyer) Richards on July 24, 1960 in Chester, IL. He was a six year Navy veteran. Monty was a general laborer for Chester Local.
