DOROTHY L. RUSSELL, 85, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 3:00 am, Friday, January 18, 2013 at Memorial Hospital, Chester, Illinois. She was born to the late Henry and Julia (nee Knoll) Casten on May 5, 1927 in Chester, Illinois. She married Howard Russell on March 19, 1945 in St. Louis, Missouri; he preceded her in death on July 23, 1988. She had been a Factory Worker for Rexall Drug Company, St. Louis, Missouri. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Chester and V.F.W. Auxiliary in Chester.
