Raymond H. Adams, 76, of Chester, IL, passed away at 4:12 am on Saturday January 5, 2013, at his home in Chester, IL. He was born to Raymond H. and Effie (nee: Lee) Adams on January 7, 1936 in West Frankfort, IL. He married Joyce Wingerter on June 4, 1956 in Rockwood, IL. She survives. Raymond was a retired guard at Chester Mental Health Center. He was a member of the First Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Chester. He was an Air Force veteran. He served for 20 years.
