FREDRICK W. "FRED" BOWMAN, 72, of Belleville, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, Illinois. He was born to the late Glenn W. and Opal L. (nee McElfresh) Bowman on September 21, 1940 in Pana, Illinois. He married Ann Makris on April 7, 1979 at Fort Walton Beach, Florida; she survives. Fred had owned and operated The Blood, Sweat and Shears barber shop in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He then owned and operated Seminole Auto Sales in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He was a member of the O'Fallon Assembly of God Church in O'Fallon, Illinois. He was an avid Florida State Seminole Football Fan and golfer.
