JOAN M. MADDEN, 71, of Evansville, Illinois, passed away at 9:34 pm, Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri. She was born to the late Walter and Margaret (nee Laughlin) Coleman on January 19, 1941 in East St. Louis, Illinois. She married Fred J. Madden, Sr. on May 3, 1958 in Corinth, Mississippi; he survives. She was a homemaker. She loved to cook and entertain for family and friends. She enjoyed camping. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Evansville, Illinois; Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians in Bellville, Illinois and former member of the Altar Sodality at St. Boniface Catholic Church.
