BETTY LOUISE WILLIAMS, 75, of Ellis Grove, Illinois, passed away at 10:12 am, Sunday, September 9, 2012 at Memorial Hospital, Chester, Illinois. She was born to the late Isaac and Tillie (nee Wilburs) Chandler on December 15, 1936 in Evansville, Indiana. She married Charles E. Williams; he preceded her in death in October 1991. She had worked as a Support Service Worker at Chester Mental Health Center. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Evansville, Illinois and also had taught PSR classes at church.
