Beulah I. Witmer, 86, of Sparta, IL, formerly of Evansville, IL, passed away at 5:00 am, Sunday, July 22, 2012 at her home in Sparta, Illinois. She was born to the late Joseph and Ellen (nee: Brown) Godier on November 18, 1925 in Modoc, Illinois. She married Roy Witmer on July 5, 1947 at St. Leo's in Modoc, IL; he preceded her in death November 22, 1988. She was retired from the International Shoe Company.
