Harley Frank Cane, 81, of Chester, IL, passed away at 1:51 pm on Monday July 9, 2012, at his home in Chester, IL. He was born to Forest and Gezell (nee: Wagner) on March 24, 1931 in Gresham, NE. Frank was a Lineman and Troubleshooter for the Illinois Power Company. He was a Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was of the Methodist Faith. He was a member of American Legion in Steeleville, IL, and VFW Post #3553 in Chester. Frank enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and spending time with his beloved birddogs.
