CAROLYN DEANNA MOTT, 68, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 2:40 pm, Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home, Chester, Illinois. Carolyn was born to the late Coy and Dorothy (nee Leverett) Mott on April 1, 1944, at Grantsburg, Illinois. Carolyn had worked at St. Ann's Nursing Home in the laundry. She was of the Baptist Faith. She loved to watch birds and was an avid Doll Collector.
