DENNIS RAY BUNTE, 62, of El Sobrante, CA, passed away at 10:45 am, Monday, May 7, 2012 at his residence. He was born to the late Raymond Carl and Edna Caroline (nee Koester) Bunte on May 21, 1949 in Red Bud, Illinois. He was never married. He was an Army Veteran. He had been an Associate Manager for Bayer Corporation for the past 3 years and had worked as a Biotechnical Engineer for the past 30 years. Survivors: 1 Brother Steven (Patricia) Bunte Baldwin, IL 2 Nieces Lauren Bunte St. Louis, MO Lindy (Tyson) Grohmann St. Louis, MO 1 Nephew Alex (Brooke) Bunte Columbia, IL He was preceded in death by his parents. A Private Graveside Service will be held at St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Baldwin, Illinois. Memorials can be made to Hospice of Sutter Care 1900 Powell Street Suite 3300 Emeryville, CA 94608 and are being accepted at the funeral home.
