He was born to late Wilbert C. and Edda (nee Salger) Kueker, Sr., on March 19, 1942 at Evansville, Illinois. He had worked at Gilster Mary-Lee Corporation for 41 years. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Evansville, Illinois.
