LUCILLE W. SCHUPBACH, 79, of Evansville, Illinois, passed away at 5:54 am, Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Mercy Skilled Nursing Facility in St. Louis, Missouri. She was born to the late Clemens L. and Hilda (nee Smith) Wunderlich on October 9, 1932 in Evansville, Illinois. She was married to Evert Earl Schupbach on September 15, 1951 in Evansville, Illinois; he preceded her in death on February 11, 1999. She had worked at International Shoe Factory in Evansville and American Device in Steeleville. She owned a Leisure Craft Business that traveled to Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri and Tennessee. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Evansville, Illinois. Survivors: 1 Sister LaVerne Young Evansville, IL 1 Niece Loretta Kiefer Sparta, IL 2 Great Nieces, 2 Great Nephews 3 Great-Great Nieces and 3 Great-Great Nephews Preceded in death by: Parents, Husband, 1 Brother - Clemens Wunderlich, 1 Nephews - Edward D Young and 1 Brother-in-law -Edward L. Young Funeral Mass: 10:30 am, Friday, January 27, 2012 St. Boniface Catholic Church, Evansville, IL Officiating: Father Ben Stern Visitation: Friday - 8:30 am - 10:30 am St. Boniface Catholic Church, Evansville, IL Interment: Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery St. Louis, Missouri In Lieu of Flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude's Research Center or Our Lady of the Snow - Missionary Oblates.
