Dallas L. Thompson, 61, of Ellis Grove, IL, passed away at 11:02 pm on Tuesday January 17, 2012, at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale, IL. He was born to Earnest and Eva Arlene (nee: Smith) Thompson on January 21, 1950 in Wilderness, Missouri. Dallas was a retired Security Therapy Aid at Chester Mental Health Center. He was of the Baptist Faith, an ASCME Union Hall Member and an Ellis Grove Board Member. Survivors: 3 Daughters: Starlla Thompson Ellis Grove, IL Brandi (Robert) Meade Ellis Grove, IL Misty Thompson Ellis Grove, IL 6 Grandchildren: Destany, Eathan, Gavin, Eva, McKenna and Lance 3 Brothers: Darold Thompson Modoc, IL Ronald Dean Thompson Wilsonville, IL Dewey G.
