Frank S. Childs III, 64, of Ellis Grove, IL, passed away at 12:14 am on Friday January 6, 2012, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. He was born to Frank S. Jr. and Juliann (nee: Surman) Childs on September 21, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois. He married Helen (nee: Baggett) Earl on July 17, 1990 in Chester, Illinois. She survives. Frank was a retired machine operator for Union Pacific Railroad and an Air Force Veteran. He was a member Grace Church Ministries.
