JOHN R. LINGELBACH, 73, of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away at 6:22 am, Friday, December 23, 2011 at Red Bud Regional Hospital, Red Bud, Illinois. He was born to the late Ralph and Ruth (nee Cull) Lingelbach on August 6, 1938 in Merton, Wisconsin. He married Barbara Fett on June 22, 1957 in Hartland, Wisconsin; she preceded him in death on July 30, 2011. He had worked for Inland Steel at the St. Louis Branch; Structural Systems in St. Louis, MO; had been co-owner of S& L Lumber in Centerville, IL; Emmenegger Construction; Construction Manger for Frontiac Hilton; A.J. Brown; and retired from Gittemeier as a commercial builder construction manager. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Red Bud, Illinois and the Knights of Columbus #4596 in Cahokia, Illinois. He was an avid fisherman, loved to play cards and enjoyed going to the casino.
