Victor C. "Big Vic" Brown, 64, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 6:05 pm, Friday, December 16, 2011 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He was born to the late William Kirby and Mildred Rita (nee: Bova) Brown on December 1, 1947 in St. Mary, Missouri. He married Kathy Huck on February 26, 1977 in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. She survives. Vic was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Chester, IL. He was a retired boat pilot. He was also a member of Chester Country Club, Local 513 Operating Engineers, Chester Chamber of Commerce and Owner of Big Vic's Barbeque.
