DONALD RAY "PEE WEE" BRANT, 75, of Chester, Illinois passed away at 11:20 pm, Monday, November 28, 2011 at Memorial Hospital, Chester, Illinois. He was born to the late Claude and Ora (nee Kirk) Brant on March 21, 1936 in Chester, Illinois. He was married Phyllis Coleman on June 28, 1961 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri; she survives. He was a Boiler Technician in the Navy for 24 years then he retired from the City of Chester. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Chester, Illinois; V.F.W. Post #3553 in Chester, Illinois; American Legion Post # 487 in Chester, Illinois. He was a Vietnam Navy Veteran. He was an avid fisherman and St. Louis Cardinals fan. He enjoyed going to all of his grandsons sporting events.
