MARGARET M. (nee Brown) SHANER, 96, of St. Louis, Missouri, formerly of Ruma, Illinois, passed away at 11:25 pm, Saturday, November 12, 2011 at Mother of Good Counsel Home, St. Louis, Missouri. She was born to the late Albert and Mary (nee Heller) Brown on June 13, 1915 in Prairie du Rocher, Illinois. She married Otis "Al" Lester Shaner on June 15, 1974 in St. Louis, Missouri; he preceded her in death on August 11, 1982. She was a bookkeeper for St. Louis Music Supply for over 25 years and she was also a homemaker. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Ruma, Illinois.
