Frances R. Joiner, 71, formerly of Evansville, IL, passed away at 3:00 am on Friday November 11, 2011, at Perry Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Perryville, MO. She was born to John Henry and Violet Sophia (nee: Martin) Meyer on May 28, 1940 in Peoria, IL. She married Paul K. "Smokey" Joiner on June 1, 1958 in East Peoria, IL. He preceded her in death on July 17, 2008 Frances was a homemaker. She loved the outdoors, enjoyed crocheting, all kinds of crafts, remodeling doll houses and making miniature furniture. She was of the Mennonite faith.
