CHARLES STANFORD HOWARD, JR, 74, of Ellis Grove, Illinois, passed away at 1:30 am, Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Landmark Hospital, Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Charles was born to the late Charles Stanford and Evelyn (Martin) Howard, Sr., on December 8, 1936 at Luxora, Arkansas He married Sandra H. Estell on June 12, 1964 at Imboden, Arkansas; she survives. Charles had been a Truck Mechanic Supervisor for the Gilster Mary-Lee Corporation in Steeleville, Illinois for 25 years. Charles was an Air Force Veteran. He was member of the Mississippi Valley Gun Club. He was an avid Hunter, Fly Fisherman and loved Old Blue Grass Music.
