LEO ROY "GUNNER" ROBERT, 80, of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away at 9:30 am, Monday, September 26, 2011 at Red Bud Nursing Home, Red Bud, Illinois. He was born to the late Leo P. and Burnet (nee Brown) Robert on August 23, 1931 in Modoc, Illinois. He married Irene L. Benline on November 5, 1958 in Renault, Illinois; she survives. He had been a Factory Worker at Singer Company, Red Bud, Illinois. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Red Bud, Illinois, American Legion Post #622, Prairie du Rocher, Illinois and Local 459. He was a Navy Veteran. Survivors: Wife Irene L.
