Agnes E. Walter, 102, of Chester, Illinois, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2011 at Chester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Chester, Illinois. She was born to Hilary and Frances (nee: Roth) Wesbecher on March 31, 1909 in Walsh, IL. She married Eugene Walter on October 3, 1929. He preceded her in death on July 29, 1985. Agnes was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, in Chester, Illinois. She was a volunteer at St. Ann's Nursing Home and St. Mary's Catholic School. She was a member of St. Mary's CCW. Agnes loved playing cards and quilting.
