ELMER E. FREES, JR., 87, of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away at 5:25 pm, Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at Red Bud Nursing Home, Red Bud, Illinois. He was born to the late Elmer and Hilda (nee May) Frees Sr. on June 16, 1923 in Belleville, Illinois. He married Allene Eschmann on September 23, 1946 in Brooksville, MS; she survives. He was a grain and livestock farmer. He was of the Protestant Faith.
