DORIS M. BACHELIER, 77, of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois, passed away at 2:40 pm, Saturday, May 28, 2011 at the Garden Place, Red Bud, Illinois. She was born to the late Lonnie and Laura (nee Longlois) DuFrenne on March 31, 1934 in Prairie du Rocher, Illinois. She married Gilmore F. "Skip" Bachelier, Jr. on July 12, 1951 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Prairie du Rocher, Illinois; he preceded her in death on May 18, 2007. She had been the manager of the laundry department at Menard Correctional Center in Chester, Illinois for 15 years. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Prairie du Rocher, Illinois.
