KRISTIE M. FAHEY, 55, of Evansville, Illinois, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2011 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri. She was born to Gerald F. and Barbara (nee Bowen) Horrell on April 4, 1956 in Belleville, Illinois. She married Dan Fahey on June 26, 1993 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Red Bud; he survives. She was the 8th grade homeroom teacher and taught English and Language Classes to the 4th - 8th grades at St. John the Baptist Catholic School in Red Bud for 32 years. She received her bachelor's degree from SIUE in Journalism and Social Studies. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Red Bud, Illinois and Illinois Reading Conference.
