COLIN M. CHADWICK, 21, of Columbia, IL, passed away on Wednesday May 4, 2011 at St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis, MO. He was born to Shell Jones and Ann Chadwick on March 2, 1990 in Indiana. Colin was a college student. He was a member of Landmark Baptist Church in Indianapolis, IN and was a past member of the Beach Grove High School Swim Team.
