JESSE ROGER KEEL, JR., 85, of Chester, Illinois passed away at 11:53 am, Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Memorial Hospital, Chester, Illinois. He was born to the late Jesse Roger Keel Sr. on August 19, 1925 in Detroit, Michigan. His grandparents were John and Jennie Keel of Collinsville, Illinois and preceded him in death. He is survived by his cousin, William R. (Bonnie) Keel of Belleville, Illinois He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
