WILLIAM JOSEPH "BILL" GIPSON, 37, of Waterloo, Illinois, passed away at 5:01 am, Thursday, March 24, 2011 at his residence. He was born to Owlen and Brenda (nee Reeves) Gipson on March 17, 1974 in Princeton, Illinois. Bill married Larissa Ohms on April 24, 2009 in Waterloo, Illinois; she survives. He was a farmer. He enjoyed coon hunting with the Randolph County Coon Club and was also an avid hunter.
