LOWELL H. SUMNER, 77, of Perryville, Missouri, passed away at 5:55 am, Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at his residence. He was born to the late Herbert and Mae (nee Ellis) Sumner on July 15, 1933 in Murphysboro, Illinois. He married May Figiel on September 4, 1969 in Amarillo, TX; she survives. He was a welder for Owen Corning in Amarillo, TX for 17 years.
