CHARLES W. WAHL, 73, of Sparta, Illinois, passed away at 8:30 pm, Monday, February 7, 2011 at his residence. He was born to the late John and Marie (nee Zweigart) Wahl on December 15, 1937 in Evansville, Illinois. He married Joyce Ramsey on December 5, 1964 in Perryville, Missouri; she survives. He was U.M.W.A. and worked for Local 1820 at Peabody Coal for 18 years. He was of Baptist Faith. He was a great mechanic and loved to work on lawn mowers and cars.
