SHANNON NICOLE WALLER, 23, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 7:31 pm, Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at Chester Memorial Hospital, Chester, Illinois. Shannon was born to Ricky R. and Jill Elise (nee Brayfield) Waller on September 16, 1987 in Nierenberg, Germany. Shannon was never married. She was a 2006 Graduate of Chester High School. She was a graduate of Hickey College in St. Louis where she received an Associates Degree as an Administrative Assistant and she had also been a Student Council Representative. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Chester, Illinois.
