PEGGY TAYLOR, 80, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 4:00 pm, Monday, December 20, 2010 at Memorial Hospital, Chester, Illinois. Peggy was born to the late William and Nellie (nee Martin) Conner on February 2, 1930 in Ellis Grove, Illinois. She married John Taylor on January 6, 1965 in Rochester, NY; he survives. Peggy had been a Radio Dispatcher for the Rochester Police Department, Rochester, NY. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Chester; Eastern Start #411, Sparta and the Daughters of the Nile.
