SHIRLEY C. CLEVENGER, 86, of St. Petersburg, FL, formerly of Chester, IL, passed away at 6:15 pm on Friday, October 8, 2010 at the Edward White Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. She was born to the late Edward and Carrie (nee: Burgess) Andrews on July 9, 1924 in Ebenezer, IL. She married James Lawder Clevenger on June 20, 1942 in St. Louis, MO. He survives. Shirley was a retired payroll clerk for the Gilster Mary-Lee Corporation. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Chester, IL and the Church Ladies Guild.
