She was born to the late Francis and Margaret (nee: Sartor) Kipper on March 30, 1936 in Aurora, IL. She married J. Dean Smith on July 19, 1992 in Aurora, IL. He survives Rosemary was a retired Sewing Supervisor for R & M Kaufmann in Aurora, IL. She was of the Catholic Faith. Survivors: Husband: J.
