ROGER N. KIPP, 49, of Ellis Grove, Illinois, passed away at 9:10 pm Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at Memorial Hospital in Chester, IL. He was born to Elmer and Jane (nee:Heine) Kipp, Jr. on October 26, 1960 in Sparta, IL. Roger married Carolyn Pingel on May 16, 2005 in Sieverville, TN. She survives. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Chester, IL. He was a foreman for Gilster-Mary Lee in McBride, MO. Roger enjoyed traveling, woodworking and leatherworking.
