LEONARD A. "DIKE" PERZIA, 87, of Chester, IL, passed away at 2:55 pm on Monday September 13, 2010, at Memorial Hospital in Chester, IL. He was born to the late Mike and Angie (nee:Pillitieri) Perzia on December 2, 1922 in Willisville, IL. He married Rita Klein on January 25, 1969 in Chester, IL. She survives. Leonard was a retired Plant Maintenance Engineer at Menard Correctional Center. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church of Chester, IL. He was also a life member of the VFW Post #3553 of Chester, IL, a life member of the American Legion of Steeleville and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He served in the United States Army during WWII.
