Prairie du Rocher

ALLY LYNN MELLIERE, 24, of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois, passed away at 2:47 am, Sunday, April 19, 2026, near Modoc, Illinois.

Ally was the daughter of Troy and Stacy (nee Wetzler) Melliere. She was born on October 21, 2001, in Red Bud, Illinois.

She was a graduate of Red Bud High School, class of 2020. She had worked at the Ruma Convent and Red Bud Regional Hospital. Ally was currently employed as a customer service representative at Harrisonville Telephone Company in Waterloo and also worked as a bartender at Savannah Kate's in Red Bud, roles through which she connected warmly with the community.

Ally’s zest for life was unmistakable. Known for always wearing a smile, she was a happy-go-lucky individual who became the life of every party. Her love for the outdoors was evident in her enjoyment of hunting turkey and deer, and she cherished activities such as jeep rides, boating, camping, and float trips. Music was a constant companion, enriching her days and lifting her spirit.

Above all, Ally valued her family deeply and treasured the time spent with friends. Her infectious positivity and genuine affection for those close to her will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege to know her.

Ally’s presence brought light and happiness to many, and though her journey was far too brief, the memories she leaves behind will remain a lasting testament to a life lived with enthusiasm and love. She will be sorely missed and forever remembered.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Prairie du Rocher, Illinois.
