Alvin Wunderlich

ALVIN H. WUNDERLICH, 86, of Ellis Grove, Illinois, passed away at 7:55 pm, Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home, Chester, Illinois.

He was born to the late Harold F. and Clementine (nee Bleem) Wunderlich on August 11, 1937 in Ellis Grove, Illinois.

Alvin married Cleada Emerson on August 2, 1955; she preceded him in death on March 17, 2022.

He had worked at the Shoe Factory in Evansville and was a laborer.

Alvin was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Evansville, Illinois. He was also a member of the National Rifle Association. Alvin enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting, especially elk hunting.

He was a United States Army Veteran.
