ARKELL “KELLY” LOGAN LITTON, 64, of Ellis Grove, Illinois, formerly of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away at 6:54 am, Thursday, April 21, 2022 near Evansville, Illinois. He was born to the late Logan “Jack” A. and Aurelia “Polly” P. (nee Wildermann) Litton on November 1, 1957 in Red Bud, Illinois. Kelly proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1976-1978, serving as Military Police and in artillery prior to being honorably discharged as Lance Corporal. He possessed a brilliant mind for all things mechanical, and was a talented car and heavy equipment mechanic, machinist, and fabricator. Most recently Kelly had worked as an over-the-road truck driver, retiring in 2021. Those that knew him best, knew he was a man of simple needs. He required nothing more than a roof over his head, food on his table, and tools to tinker with. He was innately kind and honest and had a genuine love for animals. Kelly also enjoyed flying model airplanes and target shooting.
