BARBARA A. TINDALL, 87, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 5:23 am, Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Three Springs Senior Living and Rehabilitation, Chester, Illinois.

She was born to the late Charles and Opal (nee McMeen) Sechrest on August 19, 1936 in Jerseyville, Illinois.

Barbara married Donald L. Tindall on December 31, 1953 in Chester, Illinois; he preceded her in death on December 23, 1993.

She was a homemaker but had also worked as a cook for St. John’s Lutheran School for several years and cleaned houses.

Barbara was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Chester, Illinois. She enjoyed reading, watching television and loved spending time with family especially the grandchildren.
