Betty Jean Holloman

BETTY JEAN HOLLOMAN, 89, of Belleville, Illinois, passed away at 3:20 pm, Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, Illinois.

She was born to the late Edgar and Edith (nee Mizer) Roth on March 28, 1932 in Chester, Illinois.

Betty married Dale Holloman on March 20, 1953 at Ft Benning, Georgia; he preceded her in death on October 28, 2020.

She was a homemaker. She had also worked as a secretary for the Sheriff’s department in Champaign, Illinois and at a dress shop in her younger years.

Betty was of the Presbyterian Faith. She was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at a hospital in Texas and did volunteer work at the Presbyterian church in Marion, Illinois.
