Betty A. Yankey

BETTY A. YANKEY, 66, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 4:14 am, Friday, April 23, 2021 at her residence.

She was born to the late Lafayette and Verna (nee Cording) Goeddel on July 24, 1954 in Red Bud, Illinois.

Betty married Richard Yankey on June 19, 1971; he preceded her in death on August 17, 2008.

She had worked as a custodian for ConAgra in Chester, Illinois for 30 years.

Betty was of Presbyterian Faith. She enjoyed spending time with family and neighbors and loved her cats. She had one of the biggest hearts of anyone you would ever meet and will be greatly missed.
