Bobby J. Mines

BOBBY L. MINES , 74, of Sparta, Illinois, passed away at 2:46 am, Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Sparta Community Hospital, Sparta, Illinois.

He was born to the late Norman and Alice (nee Harris) Mines on October 31, 1945 in Sparta, Illinois.

Bobby married Linda Faught on January 30, 1966 in Sparta, Illinois; she survives.

He had worked as a coal miner at Ziegler Mines for 25 years.

He was a member of the Knight of Columbus in Sparta, Illinois and the Lions Club in Coulterville, Illinois.

Bobby loved spending time and talking with his family and friends.

It was Bobby’s wishes to be cremated. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
