BRUCE H. THIES , 63 , of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away at 7:18 am, Saturday, December 4, 2021 at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.

He was born to Harold and Lillian (nee Valleroy) Thies on April 30, 1958 in Chester, Illinois.

Bruce married Rosalyn Salger on June 20, 1981 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Red Bud (Prairie), Illinois; she survives.

He had worked at North Towne Foods in Red Bud, Illinois and Mad Pricer in Sparta, Illinois.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Red Bud (Prairie), Illinois. Bruce enjoyed putting together puzzles, playing UNO Attack with his grandchildren, doing scratch-off lottery tickets, going on vacation and working in his yard. Bruce and Rosalyn enjoyed going out to eat with friends and playing cards.
