CHARLES W. GOESSLING , 71 , of Sparta, Illinois, passed away at 8:38 pm, Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Cedar Ridge Health Care Center, Lebanon, Illinois.

He was born to the late Lawrence and Martha (nee Hess) Goessling on August 14, 1949 in Red Bud, Illinois.

Charles married Linda Lowry on August 19, 1984 in Chester, Illinois; she survives.

Charles had been a dairy driver for Stellhorn’s before he went to work as a Fork Lift Driver for Gilster Mary-Lee Corporation in McBride, Missouri for 20 years.

Charles was of the Catholic Faith. He was a lifetime member of the Moose Club #815 of Mascoutah, Illinois and Moose Legion Member #101 of Southern Illinois. He also has a Fellowship Degree in Moose organization.

Wednesday - 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Pechacek Funeral Homes, Red Bud, Illinois

with Moose Ritual being held at 7:00 pm

We are limited to 50 people in our building at a time. We ask that everyone wears a mask and

It was Charles’ wishes to be cremated after the visitation.
