Charles Henry Hartman

CHARLES HENRY HARTMAN, 69, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 2:16 pm, Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at Mercy Hospital South, St. Louis, Missouri.

He was born to the late Wilbert and Evelyn (nee Blair) Hartman on August 17, 1955 in Chester, Illinois.

Charles married Tammy Stirnaman on November 13, 1988 in Bremen, Illinois; she survives.

He had worked out of the Local #100 Laborers’ Union for Columbia Quarry of Dupo for over 40 years.

Charles was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Bremen, Illinois where he was very active. He loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren, going fishing with his grandsons, and enjoyed working on classic cars.
