Deon Lee Davis

DEON LEE DAVIS, 54, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 7:46 am, Sunday, March 10, 2019 at his residence.

He was born to the late David and Patsy (nee Eaton) Davis on September 23, 1964 in Pinckneyville, Illinois.

Lee married Kelly Kattenbraker on August 23, 2008 in Sparta, Illinois; she survives.

He had worked as a paramedic and operations manager for Med-Star Ambulance Service for 36 years.

Lee was a member of the Masonic Lodge #72 in Chester and for the years 2017 and 2018 he was the Worshipful Master. He was a Flight Paramedic with Lifebeat in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and a charter member of the Scuba Diving Rescue Team. Lee was a NASCAR and Chicago Cubs fan. He loved animals and enjoyed horseback riding with his friends.
