DIANA LYNN ARTHUR, 75, of Venice, Florida, formerly of Chester, Illinois, passed away on June 16, 2025 at home surrounded by her family.
She was born to the late Albert J. and Emma M. Kuehne on May 24, 1950 in Chester, Illinois where she enjoyed her childhood, grade school and high school years.
On February 27, 1993, Diana married Jon Arthur at St. Marks Lutheran Church in Steelville, Illinois; he survives.
She worked at American Device/Dorma in Steelville, Illinois and Sunoco Plastics in Chillicothe, Missouri as a Quality Control Technician.
Diana was a member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Chester, Illinois. She was very involved in her community through multiple organizations and was an avid golfer. Diana especially enjoyed family holidays and travel with her loved ones.
Diana was celebrated every day of her life by her children and grandchildren, as
they were her pride and joy. Her dream of warm weather was achieved as she
and her husband moved to Venice, Florida in June of 2019. Diana enjoyed bocci ball,
landscaping, beach excursions, and viewing sea life with her family.

Diana was the youngest of 8 siblings, and is survived by many, many nieces, nephews and cousins, all of which she loved dearly.
Preceded in death by: Parents, 3 Brothers – Charles Kuehne, Bobby Kuehne and Albert Kuehne and 1 Sister – Wilma Marie LaRose
Diana will be remembered for her kindness, her laugh and all the thoughtful acts she gave towards her family in her lifetime. She was a supportive Mom and wife in every way, home cooked meals, sewing and never missing important events in her children and grandchildren’s lives. She loved her family and friends and most of all, spending time with her soulmate/husband, Jon.
