Donna Kay Sauerhage

DONNA KAY SAUERHAGE, 80, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 5:30 am, Friday, September 25, 2026 at her residence.

She was born to the late Robert and Edith (nee Bardmess) Kempfer on November 20, 1945 in Red Bud, Illinois.

Donna married Billy G. Sauerhage on January 30, 1965 at First Baptist Church in Ellis Grove; he preceded her in death on June 14, 2022.

She had worked as a secretary for Koeneman Agency until her retirement.

Donna was a member of First Baptist Church in Ellis Grove. She enjoyed baking and hanging out with her friend, Georgia. Donna loved to spend time with family and attend as many sporting events for her grandchildren as she could.

        Chett Andrews (Megan Prather), Clayton Andrews (Fiancee: Kati Shinabargar), Braden Sauerhage, Ethan Sauerhage and Nicole (Chris) Long

   2 Great Grandchildren: 

        Elizabeth Wilson and Conner Long
